Hey Denton! Ron English has an amazing show on the square on Friday. Check it out!
Q:Hey there :D Just wondering when we can pre-order the new album? I can't wait to get my hands on it.
It’s currently stuck in mixing/mastering limbo. After it escapes we will find it a home. After that we will post the pre-orders. However long it takes will be too long for both of our liking, but it will be worth the wait.

Some of you may know I live in a city with a massive musical history, but beyond the handful of big names that are always tossed around, many groups live or have faded off into obscurity. As an exercise, I joined a group of friends to try and photograph, summarize and post a physical release from Denton everyday in until we run out. Check out what we’ve done for the first two months, follow us, and if you have something obscure we need to add, let us borrow your copy!
Ghost Elephant Monday! Every Monday I have been trying to post the main character from the forth coming Fishboy album and comic, and the last few Monday’s I have missed it by a couple of minutes.
TRUE STORY: I wrote this song at my parents piano as a senior in high school by hitting record on the four track and improvising the entire thing. I never changed any of the words from that original take when we recorded the song two or three years later for Little D. As someone who tends to over think his lyrics while writing, this is a nice reminder that keeping it simple and easy can be just as effective. The title is from this.

The legendary Denton group The Good/Bad Art Collective reunited this October to shoot a 28 minute message which only airs in specific cities on specific early morning dates. My dad taped a 1:40 AM airing for me on VHS and then dubbed it to another VHS and then ripped it to his PC, put it on a 4gb flash drive and drove it over to my house 45 minutes away. I made this gif set out of the video for his birthday today. Happy birthday dad, thanks for the hard work! find out more details about the project here.
